Embedded Web Portal Switches to Dark Mode Unexpectedly

I am experiencing an issue where my embedded web portal view automatically changes to dark mode when I click on one of the tabs within its menu.

When navigating inside the embedding, i.e. from feedback board to roadmap, the theme changes from light to dark - however configuration still implies that it should be light.
