Enable a feature to invite specific email addresses to roadmap

Our roadmap is gated, and it would be nice to be able to directly add an individual email to access the roadmap vs whitelisting an email domain. It would be super nice that an email was sent out automatically when access was granted, but simply having the ability to add an individual email would be a good start.
