Enable Filtering in Mobile View

Hi,

Since we assume that most of, at least our, users will be coming to the Featurebase portal through their mobile devices it would be really great to have the same filters as in the desktop version available next to the search button.

Not sure if it's maybe already available, if it is I am not being able to find it.
