Enable subdirectory hosting of changelog instead of subdomain

Instead of using changelog.domain.com, it'd be great to use domain.com/changelog or a customizable directory. Intercom currently supports this and would love it for SEO purposes. Subdomains while OK for SEO dont contribute to root domain as they're considered separate sites.

      Let's go! Was about to just decide to use intercom, but will have to go with Featurebase since this will get shipped.

    As it is now, since the changelog is embedded in our application but is coming from another domain, it is sometimes blocked by firewalls, etc. and we have to have the client add an exception for another domain. This would eliminate those problems.
