Exit feedback forms

Outbound

It would be very useful to be able to show a page with a feedback form to users who uninstall the product.

This would help companies understand the reason for their departure and identify issues to resolve.

This would help a lot with churn.

It seems to me to be a low-effort/high-value feature as well.

What part of Outbound?

    Featurebase supports creating surveys and triggering them on specific urls or with CSS selectors. You could create an exit survey that triggers on a specific page and gather exit feedback that way.

    Another way of doing this could be to set up a board for exit feedback (and make the board setting to default posts to author only visibility). Once that's done you can open the widget with the code provided there to display the form.

      Hi @Robi Rohumaa, thank you for the suggestions.

      Using the survey widgets, the form would be displayed in the corner of the screen, correct?
      Is it possible to show it front and center?

      I also think there’s a lot of good ideas about exit feedback forms in this UserSnap blog post, maybe Featurebase could benefit from them?
