Fathom integration - log customer interview insights to Featurebase

It would be incredibly valuable if teams (PMs, UX Researchers, Sales, and Support) could seamlessly send customer interview insights from Fathom into Featurebase:

• Highlight specific parts of a transcript and select “Log to Featurebase”

• Use AI to automatically extract key insights from transcripts

• Match insights to existing feedback (as a private comment) or create a new feedback post if none exists.

• Automatically link the insight to the relevant customer, so they’re kept updated on future progress.
