Expandable side menu - Feature name directly on the side bar

It would be nice to have the feature names directly stated on the left nav bar, or at least have the nav bar extend on hover.

There are many icons on the dashboard and it always takes me longer than I'd hope for to find the feature I'm looking for. I often click on the wrong one, etc.

It’s a small detail, but one that creates avoidable friction. Just wanted to flag it - thanks for considering!
