[Feedback API] Support using only userId for referencing the author

As the Posts API supports linking users only via email, it doesn’t cover the use-case where user changes their email.

Support for linking author user to post via userId would prevent this scenario entirely.

Additionally - the solution would require the search (List posts) to function with authorId (aka userId) as well
