[AI Duplicate Detection] Feedback loop for AI Duplicate Detection (Thumbs down/Not a duplicate)

I want to be able to provide direct feedback to the AI duplicate detection results (like a thumbs-down or "not a duplicate" button).

This would help train the AI to understand which posts are actually unrelated, especially for non-English languages like Czech where the matching can currently be over-sensitive.

This feedback loop would help fine-tune the semantic matching over time.
