Fibi Chat Widget: Implement message draft persistence and/or cross-page continuity

When I open the chat via the '?' button, if I click another button or navigate to a different page within the product, the chat window closes and all the text I was typing is lost. This is inconvenient because I have to retype my message. I want the chat window to either remain open when I switch pages, or save the message I was typing for a certain period so I don't lose my draft.
