Get changelog subscribers endpoint missing from Nova API version

After releasing the new Nova version of the API, the previously available Get changelog subscribers endpoint is no longer present.

We currently rely on this endpoint to retrieve changelog subscribers, so its removal prevents us from migrating to the new API version.

There is no equivalent replacement endpoint exposed in Nova, making it unclear how to programmatically fetch changelog subscribers as before.

    [API Docs] Get Changelog Subscribers API Documentation Mismatch

    I am experiencing a discrepancy where the documentation for the 'Get changelog subscribers' endpoint in the 2025-12-12.clover API version does not accurately reflect the actual API response.

    The documentation states it returns an array of emails (strings), but the API actually returns an array of objects containing both email and locale when Changelogs have multiple locales, which was an undocumented breaking change.
