The data built up in Featurebase is extremely useful for LLM contexts. We have been manually downloading all of our articles, changelogs and feedback posts so that they can be uploaded to Gemini Gems. This makes our internal Gemini AI responses tailored to our companies product. The biggest issue is pulling all of the data periodically to ensure it stays up to date. An automated integration with Gemini Gems would be extremely useful. The same goes for other providers like ChatGPT etc.
