Text boxes in Support or Feedback portals are not optimised for tools like Grammarly, which is very inconvenient. We have rules and brand tone defined in Grammarly, and to use it with Featurebase, we often have to edit text externally and then copy-paste it.
The core problems are:
Grammarly text suggestions are mispositioned
The Grammarly button is sometimes visible, sometimes not
Instead of replacing text, the original text is not removed, and the corrected sentence is added at the end.
