Grant access to private boards by specific email address

I want to be able to grant access to a private board or portal by specifying individual email addresses, rather than only being able to grant access by an entire email domain. It is important because we invite external clients/end-users individually who use general email domains or domains we don't want to allowlist entirely.

    Hey! You can actually already set this up in 2 ways:

    • For a private portal, go to Dashboard -> Users -> Add users -> Invite end users. You can enter individual email addresses, separated by commas, without allowlisting their entire domain.

    • For a specific feedback board, create a user segment with an “Email is” rule for each address. If you have multiple addresses, set the rule group to match ANY. Then edit the board and select Board visibility -> Segmented access, followed by that segment.
