If you’re using a 3rd party support platform that we don’t have integrations for, I strongly encourage taking a look at our own. It’s not only already included in your subscription but will also save you a lot of money and provide a more cohesive experience.
We're planning to redefine what a modern support experience looks like by bringing it together with your product suite and AI.
I think you'd be very impressed by the ecosystem advantages and there’s nothing that Help Scout has on the support side that we don't.
