We have an employee that moved on. As soon as they were removed as an employee, they appeared at the top of the most helpful list. I don’t really want them showing there.
Any input on this? They are not showing up in the user list either to ban or remove them which I would assume would also work. Not having a workaround to hide them from the list is very unfortunate.
