Hide search, notifications, and profile icons while keeping portal menu tabs

Add an option to hide the search, notifications, and profile icons on the right side of an embedded Customer Portal while keeping the logo and all menu tabs visible and usable.

When the portal is embedded inside an application, users may already be signed in through SSO and have search available in the Help Center. Workspace admins need to remove the extra header controls without removing navigation between Updates, Help Center, Tickets, and Requests.

The existing hideMenu=true option removes the whole navigation bar, so it does not meet this need.
