Improve Changelog Email "Recently Activity" to Show Unique Users and Aggregated Activity

I want the 'Recently Activity' section in changelog emails to show unique persons only, along with how many times they opened the email and when they last opened it. This is important because the current display, which lists the same person multiple times for each open, makes it very hard to understand analytics.
