Improve visual separation on feedback board

Increase the visual separation between feedback requests in the list, for example with clearer borders and a hover shadow, and restore stronger text contrast for the header text that became lighter after the redesign.

The current low-contrast styling makes the list hard to scan and feel messy compared to the previous design.
