Extended or custom Fibonacci prioritization scales

Being able to estimate effort & priority using the Fibonacci sequence is great, but it would be useful to be able to provide a score of more than 8. Realistically, the biggest effort is usually a lot more than 8x the minimum effort.

It would be useful if either:

1. Add additional options of 13, 20, 40 and 100 to follow the modified Fibonacci sequence commonly used for story points, OR

2. continue the fibonacci sequence to add 13, 21 and 55

I would prefer 1, but appreciate that is not strictly Fibonacci and either would solve problem.

Might be useful for the exponential method to also have some additional options, up to 64.
