Individual (Personal) Inboxes

We want to use Featurebase for our support teams and shared mailboxes. It would be very valuable for us and likely for many other users to have the option to add and manage individual inboxes (e.g., per employee) in Featurebase, next to the shared team inboxes.

This would provide:

  • More efficient handling of both team and individual support/sales conversations

  • Greater flexibility to integrate personal communications within one platform

  • Better separation of personal and general communication channels

Could you consider adding the option for personal/individual inboxes (in addition to or alongside shared inboxes) to the roadmap?
