Intelligently determine an ETA based on effort scores

We've been working through posts from the top left corner of the prioritization chart. This way we are doing the highest value/lowest effort first. I'd love to see a list of those in order based on when we will be doing them. Furthermore, the score we assign to the effort is actually the number of hours it will take to complete the task. Since we would have an order of completion and the number of estimated hours, we could combine all of the hours above a particular task to calculate an ETA for a post regardless of where it is on the list as long as all posts are scored. If you cannot or will not do this, can we at least get the prioritization scores from the API so we can generate this ourselves?
