[Intercom Integration] Setting to determine, if the integration should consider moderation settings

Currently the Intercom integration ignores the moderation setting and publishes the feedback post, whether the post-moderation is active or not.

The behavior would be more clear/transparent if it could be configured - i.e.

Enable/Disable - Follow the post moderation configuration setting on new post created via integration
