Intermittent authentication failures when switching between organization

Admins randomly getting 401 "Authentication failed" error when switching between organizations.

The error occurs at /api/v1/auth/admin-callback when the system inconsistently redirects between custom domains and featurebase.app subdomains The error occurs at /api/v1/auth/admin-callback when the system inconsistently redirects between custom domains and featurebase.app subdomains.

Session cookies appear to be domain-specific, causing failures when redirected to a domain without an active session cookie.

Issue started a few days ago, occurs multiple times daily, and can be temporarily resolved by retrying the switch or stripping the URL to root domain.
