Jira & Linear integrations - Automatically sync title & content on changes

When editing the Post contents or title on Featurebase, then the changes aren’t currently updated in Jira when the issue has been already synced.

Currently the solution is manually un-linking and relinking the Post to Jira or change the task in Jira - however it should sync the contents automatically.
