Keep filtering (User related filters) when viewing upvoters list in the post details

When filtering posts by segment and viewing a posts upvoters list, then the list isn’t filtering out upvoters who don’t belong in the Segment.

Solution

When filtering by Segment and viewing the users who have upvoted the post - show only users who below to the Segment.
