You can now organize labels into groups! For example, you can create a “Severity” group with “Deal breaker” and “Low” labels.
Go to Settings → Management → Labels and click New group. Once created, click the label count next to the group to choose which labels belong to it.

Hi @Markus Palm , the grouping is nice but I think you forgot a spot where it should also be implemented. It would be really helpful if the tags in the side navigation of the Requests & Insights page are also shown in their groups. That still shows a flat lists of tags which makes the grouping on the management a bit useless.
