Limit Fibi articles scope via Custom Fields & Metadata

When Organization has multiple platforms or solutions and using one Help Center for the documentation - it would improve AI responses, when the articles could be referenced or limited from the bot.

If an article is talking about installing a solution on your computer but customer is contacting via mobile - then it should be referencing to the app store download article - this should be possible via metadata or custom fields
