Linear integration links break after organization subdomain change

After changing our organization's subdomain, all the links from Linear issues back to Featurebase posts stopped working.

The links still point to our old subdomain instead of the new one, so clicking them leads to broken pages.

This affects every post we've linked to Linear beforehand, making it difficult to navigate between the two tools.
