[Jira] Linking allowing to search Jira Tickets based on ticket number # alone

When trying to link an issue to a jira ticket, the current search implementation is a little weird and doesn’t find direct string matches sometimes. To save some time generally, it would be nice to just be able to put like 341 and have it find the 341 ticket in my space. Thanks
