List more information when viewing list of own posts
When viewing your own pots, it’s difficult to track the progress of them. It would be great to have additional information such as status listed when you view your own posts. Alternatively, add a filter to posts to filter by creator.

Our Customer Portal update includes new customer profiles, where customers can see their Requests and statuses together without opening each post.
To try it, open your profile from the top-right corner of the portal and select Requests.
Completed Requests are grouped under Done, making it easier to see what’s still open.
