Localize notification emails

I want to be able to localize the notification emails sent from Featurebase (e.g., feedback completed, status updates) into different languages. Currently, they default to English, which doesn't match my localized portal.

    This is such a basic feature, that is kinda bizarre it doesn't exist and it's waiting to be upvoted in a Portal like this. Very disappointing!

    Again, this is basic stuff: communicate with users in their own language.
