We have a LOT of users replying to the email notification instead of inside the app I even had to make a snippet inside raycast for automatic reply.

we just want to have only one place to look at everything.

    Add comment notification reply as a comment in Featurebase

    When the customer replies to the notification email, it would be nice to automatically add the email as a comment in the post itself. This generates a kind of confusion because the customer replies to the comment by e-mail and we have to reply to please, log in into the platform and write there the reply

    Would also enable responding to posts via email:

    When we get an email letting us know someone posted in our board, reply via email (similar to github threads)
