Manual and Periodical Resync for Training Websites

I want to be able to manually resync training websites with a button or have them sync periodically (e.g., every 7 days). Currently, the only way to update the content is to delete and re-add the link, which is inefficient. Having a resync option would make it much easier to keep the AI's knowledge up to date as our site content changes.
