Manually Prioritize Cards on Roadmap by dragging

Prioritize roadmap kanban manually by dragging cards. This is critical to show people the order we work on stuff. Without this we can not activate the roadmap because customer get upset when things are not done in the proper order. Ideally just add another option to prioritization called “Manual” and when enabled I can drag the cards up and down like I do now but they will actually. Stay in position.
