Messenger not closeable when launcher button disabled

When the launcher button is disabled and the close button (x-icon) is not visible on first render of the messenger feedback, the user is unable to close the messenger.

This is how the feedback widget looks on first render:


Since we disabled the launcher button, there is no way to close the weedback widget here.

    To help me understand the issue better, could you let me know if you are using the hideDefaultLauncher: true property?

    Also, could you expand on what you mean by "on the first render"?

    Does the close button appear later, and if so, when and how?

      Sure! We are setting hideDefaultLauncher: true.

      Yes the close button appears later after the user wrote a message. However on first open without any written message the close button is missing.
