[Metrics] Post status & creation progression statistics

When handling customer feedback, features and bug reports - it would come in handy to track their progression.

1. Metrics created within a specific timeframe (week, month, quarter, year)

   1. Filter metrics by label or board (i.e. Bugs created within the last 3 months)

2. How long until a Post went from In Review to In Progress to relevant Completed state
