[Metrics] Post status & creation progression statistics

Requests & Insights

When handling customer feedback, features and bug reports - it would come in handy to track their progression.

  1. Metrics created within a specific timeframe (week, month, quarter, year)

    1. Filter metrics by label or board (i.e. Bugs created within the last 3 months)

  2. How long until a Post went from In Review to In Progress to relevant Completed state

    I would like to be able to report to our board members how many feedback requests were successfully launched within a designated time frame (i.e., YTD, this quarter, etc.). And I agree that tracking completion time from “In Review” to “In Progress” to “Completed” would also benefit our team. Thank you for considering!

      This analytics feature is something that Canny has and is something we have used very regularly. We would like to keep this capability after we move to Featurebase if possible. It would also enable us to update customers regularly, “This is how many feature requests we have completed in x timeframe.”
