Missing "Visibility" toggle when submitting new posts as Admin

Currently, when creating a new post as an admin (using the Create Post button), you can change the Status, Tags, Assignee, and Date of the post from the pop-up window. You have to create the post first, then go into it to toggle the eyeball button and make it admin-only.

I think it would be great to make this toggle visible to admins when creating Posts for use cases like adding internal bugs, internal features, etc.
