Display recent support chats under user details in post view

Solution

Display recent support Live Chats under Author Info with links to view them.

Scenario description

When moderating a Feature Request or a Bug report - users sometimes create the request/report before or after contacting via Live Chat.

When the issue has been resolved via Chat, then the Post still needs to be processed, hence it would improve moderation queue speed and reduce potential Bug reports that have already been solved + it would give additional context to the Post submitted.
