Multi-language support for Roadmap content

I want to be able to translate roadmap content (titles and descriptions of posts/cards) into multiple languages, similar to how the Changelog works. Currently, only the UI is localized, but the content remains in the base language. This is important for supporting international users who need to understand the roadmap in their own language.
