Multiple Changelog Boards & Segment Filtering

Ability to have separate changelog boards (like Feedback boards) so end-users can filter and view updates for one application at a time, rather than seeing all segmented posts they have access to at once.

In addition, having similar filtering (like the Users tab) for the licensed user would be amazing.
