Currently, it's not possible to create surveys that have multiple questions/types. For more sophisticated surveys, we should support this option.

    This is out now! You can add follow-up questions to your surveys and use conditions to trigger the next question based on users' answers.

    As a quick win: the NPS survey should at least have one follow up question like "What could we do to improve your experience" - if the user selects a low number

    This is a very very essential feature for us. We are stumped at the realisation that Featurebase doesn't handle either multiple questions in one NPS level or multi-level NPS.

    Hi, I am interested in this parts being considered in this feature request:

    1- ability to do multiple questions in 1 popup. Like do a multiple choice, then a freeform text, before the survey completes. The freeform text gives color to the multiple choice selection, and often pulls the most powerful customer concerns.

    2- ability to save partial responses. So if they complete the multiple choice, but abandon at the freeform text, I still save the multiple choice.
