Native Sprint Planning & Timeboxing

Add the ability to create and manage sprints directly within Featurebase.

This includes setting sprint periods (e.g., 1-4 weeks), assigning work items to specific sprints via a dropdown, and a dedicated view to track effort and progress across the backlog, similar to Jira's sprint management.
