Allow editing Feedback Post slugs or at least sync the slug with changed titles

Old titles are kept even after Title has been edited.

Can be seen on the main page etc. and the edited title is only seen when opening the specific ticket.

Very annoying, especially for edits that contain a translation.

Additionally confusing users.
