Option to automatically approve new posts to 'Author only' visibility when moderation is enabled

When post moderation is enabled, all new posts currently default to 'Pending' status, requiring manual administrator approval. This causes issues with integrations like ClickUp, as tasks are created for unapproved posts. The user requests an option to automatically approve new posts to 'Author only' visibility by default when moderation is enabled. This would allow integrations to proceed smoothly without waiting for manual approval, while still maintaining a level of moderation.

    Clickup integration is not working until admin manual approve the feature request due to moderation enable.

    Only when admin select “author only“ or “public” - Clickup integration is initiated and tasks on Clickup board is created.

    I was hoping as soon as end user create a feature request post, Clickup intgerates and create tasks for the same
