Problem:
Currently, board permissions work on an allowlist basis (selecting which segments can access a board). When creating a dedicated, customer-specific board for a multi-brand or enterprise client, the main/default board is no longer relevant to them.
Because there is no exclusion rule or segment-based default landing board, these customers still see the default board first and have to make extra clicks to navigate to their dedicated board. Setting up allowlists across all other general boards just to hide one customer becomes unmanageable as the number of segments grows.
Proposed Solutions / Feature Needs:
Segment Exclusion: Ability to add an "Exclude Segment" rule to boards so specific customer segments are blocked from seeing general/default boards.
Dynamic / Segment Default Boards: Ability to configure which board serves as the default landing view for specific customer segments.
Use Case:
Enterprise & multi-brand setups where specific key accounts have bespoke feedback boards and need a clean, zero-friction portal view without seeing irrelevant default boards.
