Optional field for changelog entries to enter a product version

For customers with on-premise installations, it is useful to know from which product version a certain feature is available. Therefore I would like to have an optional field "Version" which should be visible in the changelog. There should be a filter to select all changes which are available for a specific version.

An alternative would be if custom tags could also be used for the changlog, so we could use custom tags for versions but they could be used for anything else as well. Again a filter for custom tags would be necessary then.
