Preventing duplicate company name creation and allow merging existing ones

I am experiencing an issue where duplicate company names are being created for users, even though they might have different Company IDs.

I would like to request a feature to block the creation of duplicate company names.

Additionally, I need an automated way within the UI to prevent future duplicates and to merge or delete existing duplicate company records.
