Prioritize matrix should follow list filter

The prioritize function is great! But it currently displays ALL posts, which is neither useful nor intuitive.

The expected behavior would be to follow the current filter of the posts list. So if I'm only looking at "Planned" posts, then the prioritize matrix should only display those posts as well. This makes it a lot easier to actually plan a roadmap as I don't want to see things which are already active or even done.
