Proactive Welcome Message Popups for Messenger

Outbound
I want a proactive welcome message popup (small bubble or modal) that triggers automatically after a set time (e.g., 1 minute) without the user having to click the widget. It should display a welcome message and buttons. This is different from the full Messenger opening or Changelog popups.

    Hi @Lakshmi Narayana,

    Thanks for the feedback.

This is actually possible via workflows - you can create a trigger for a specific URL that shows the message or option buttons after a certain time has passed.

That should let you set up the kind of proactive welcome prompt you're describing without opening the full Messenger.
